"On 11th Aug 2007 we had arranged for the Peninsula Big Band to entertain our guests for our wedding day. They did just that! Everyone has discos but they don't appeal to everyone. We wanted something different. They entertained everyone from young to old. Our guests were saying comments to us like, "its a mini party in the park". "Best wedding we have ever been to." If you can imagine the sun setting on the lawn drinking pimms and listening to the PBB. They made our day perfect. "This is just to say a "Big
Thank You!!!" from the whole family for your fantastic music and of
course
Bev your singing. The evening of the 19th April for my father-in-law
couldn't have gone any better.
We all enjoyed the ballads,
especially the one you sang to my father-in-law at the end;
he
was talking about it for days afterwards.
At the end of the
night the family would come up to us and say "what a brilliant night"
and "where did you find the Band, they were very good! Also I believe
one member of the family enjoyed it so much they were going to book you
for their Wedding Anniversary.
Thanks again for all the hard
work you all put in. The party would not have been as special without
you all; you made Dad's 80th one to remember.
